Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own and scale Emitrr's organic growth engine across technical SEO, AI Search (AEO/GEO), content strategy, programmatic SEO, digital PR and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Own the SEO roadmap and annual organic growth targets.
• Drive organic traffic, MQLs, pipeline contribution, brand visibility and AI search visibility.
• Build AI Search strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
• Lead technical SEO including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, JavaScript SEO and XML sitemaps.
• Own keyword research, topical authority and content strategy.
• Build programmatic SEO initiatives and authority-building campaigns.
• Build SEO dashboards, forecasts and executive reports.
• Lead SEO specialists, agencies and cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience with 2+ years leading SEO strategy.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Link Building and Analytics.
• Experience managing CMS.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4/Adobe Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
