Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Lascade is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

We’re seeking someone who can take ownership of SEO strategy, improve organic visibility, increase qualified traffic, and help scale multiple websites and digital products across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and programmatic pages
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify content gaps
• Create and manage SEO content calendars
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and similar tools
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and link building
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of WordPress and website structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with content, design, and development teams
• Experience working with international websites or SaaS products will be an advantage
