We're Hiring: SEO Specialist

Are you passionate about improving search rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimizing websites for growth? We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and help enhance our online visibility and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance, crawlability, indexing, and site health.
• Manage backlink-building and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
• Experience with content optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing channels.
