As an SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience, you will take ownership of our organic search visibility and inbound lead generation strategies. This is an onsite role based at our Kochi facility. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive SEO campaigns that align with our high-tech services and position Difinity Digital as an industry thought leader. Key Responsibilities

• Technical SEO & Site Architecture

Conduct regular, deep-dive technical audits to identify and fix crawlability, indexation, and site speed issues.

Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and XML sitemaps to ensure optimal search engine visibility.

Collaborate closely with our product engineering and web development teams to fix Core Web Vitals and schema markup.

• On-Page Optimization & Content Strategy

Perform exhaustive keyword research to uncover high-intent B2B search terms related to AI, tech consulting, and software development.

Optimize existing landing pages, blogs, and corporate assets (Meta tags, headers, URL structures, image alt texts).

Work with content creators to align editorial calendars with target search intent and semantic keyword clusters.

• Off-Page & Authority Building

Develop and execute sustainable link-earning and outreach strategies to boost domain authority.

Monitor toxic backlinks and manage disavow files to maintain a clean link profile.

Leverage digital PR opportunities, directory listings, and local SEO to expand brand footprint.

• Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion funnels, and bounce rates using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Build clear, scannable weekly and monthly performance dashboards for the leadership team.

Keep a proactive pulse on Google core algorithm updates and quickly pivot strategies to insulate traffic.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of dedicated professional SEO experience, preferably within a B2B tech or IT agency environment.

Mastery of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework impacts on SEO, and schema deployments.

Ability to look past surface-level traffic numbers to find actionable revenue-driving patterns.

Sharp English communication skills (both written and verbal) to present complex data trends clearly to stakeholders.

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our office in Carnival InfoPark -Kakkanad, Kochi. Candidates must be locally present or willing to relocate.
