Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a growth-driven SEO leader who treats SEO as a business lever—not just rankings. This role is for someone who can own SEO end-to-end, scale international traffic, and build systems that deliver consistent, compounding growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth and SEO performance across key markets
• Build and execute international SEO strategies (multi-country / multi-language)
• Lead high-quality off-page SEO & link-building initiatives
• Develop and manage a high-performance SEO team (A-team)
• Create scalable SEO systems:
• SOPs & checklists
• Audit frameworks
• Performance dashboards
• Reporting systems
• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams for SEO execution
• Continuously identify growth opportunities using data, experimentation, and automation

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Growth Hacker in SEO
• Strong technical skills (HTML, basic scripting, automation mindset)
• Experience scaling SEO in international markets
• Deep expertise in:
• Keyword strategy
• Content strategy
• Search intent mapping
• Strong background in high-quality, relevant link-building
• Hands-on experience with advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Up-to-date with latest SEO trends, algorithm changes & AI impact
• High ownership mindset: “I drive results, not blame Google”
• Passion for SEO as a long-term career (not switching between PPC/ads roles)

Good to Have

• Experience in CMS migrations
• Strong communication & spoken English skills
• Existing network for partnerships / link-building
• Technical degree (B.Tech / BCA / MCA / IT or similar)
