Search Engine Optimization Executive

Mind & Matter India is a leading digital marketing and branding agency that helps businesses grow through innovative digital strategies, creative campaigns, and performance-driven marketing solutions. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Optimize website content and improve organic search performance.
• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions while delivering actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Google certifications or SEO-related certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
