Search Engine Optimization Executive

Aneri Developers is a global custom software development agency serving clients across the world, with strong roots in Western markets. We're hiring one fresher to own search optimization for our main website and, over time, grow into managing SEO for client projects.

This is an early-career role. You don't need years of experience, but you do need to already understand SEO fundamentals. We'll take you the rest of the way.

Compensation and structure

• 6-month training period: ₹5,000/month fixed stipend
• Conversion to full-time after 6 months at ₹15,000 to ₹20,000/month based on performance
• Post-conversion: 1.5-year employment commitment

What you'll do

• On-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure
• Keyword research and search intent analysis
• Technical SEO: site audits, page speed, indexing, sitemaps, schema basics
• Off-page: backlink research and outreach
• Get us visible in AI-based results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and similar), not just traditional search rankings
• Content briefs and light content editing for SEO
• Track rankings, traffic, and report on what's working

Who we're looking for

• Working knowledge of SEO basics: you know what keywords, meta tags, backlinks, and on-page vs off-page mean
• Strong problem-solving instinct: you find answers on your own before asking
• Clean, clear written English
• Genuine curiosity about how search engines and AI answer engines rank content
• Reliable, in-office, and able to see tasks through to completion

Nice to have (not required)

• Any hands-on exposure to SEO tools, blogging, WordPress, or Google Search Console
• Awareness of how AI search and generative engine optimization (GEO) works
