Search Engine Optimization Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Junior SEO Analyst to lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across our digital properties. You will play a central role in interpreting user behavior, SEO movements, and AI engagement, while also owning analytics setup, tag management, and conversion tracking. This role is crucial for aligning SEO, content, product, and marketing efforts with real-time insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Tracking

• Setup, audit, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties and events.
• Own and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations.
• Ensure Conversion Tracking across platforms.
• Conduct detailed tracking audits and maintain tag hygiene.

Performance & Insights

• Track and report on SEO performance using Ahrefs tools.
• Support A/B testing insights and UX experiments using VWO / MS Clarity.
• Monitor real-time and campaign-based traffic behavior.
• Analyze AI assistant usage, drop-off points, and user retention metrics.

Reporting & Visualization

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports covering traffic trends, content performance, and funnel analytics.
• Present insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Required Skills

• Expertise in GA4 setup, migration, and event tracking.
• Proficient in GTM - tag setup, testing, debugging.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce tracking and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
• Ahrefs for SEO monitoring.
• Basic working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to support web tracking.
• Familiar with A/B testing platforms (VWO, MS Clarity).

Experience: Minimum of 2 Years of experience.

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Salary: Rs.22,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month.
