You will actively contribute to maintaining secure and reliable cloud environments, support incident management, and help automate operational processes using modern cloud and AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Operations & Reliability

• Support 24/7 cloud operations and incident management activities
• Monitor cloud environments and assist in troubleshooting critical production issues
• Learn and contribute to maintaining Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution processes

Cloud Architecture & Security

• Assist in implementing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and operational playbooks
• Follow cloud security best practices and contribute to secure operations

Automation & AIOps

• Help build automation solutions to reduce manual operational efforts
• Explore AI-driven monitoring, predictive analytics, and AIOps capabilities
• Contribute to operational efficiency through intelligent automation

FinOps & Cloud Optimization

• Assist in analyzing cloud resource utilization and costs
• Support cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives
• Help implement engineering-driven cloud governance practices

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Share learnings and best practices within the engineering team
• Participate in collaborative problem-solving and code reviews

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with cloud, security, and engineering teams
• Participate in technical discussions and team learning initiatives
• Develop expertise in modern cloud platforms and operations engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers eligible)
• Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of cloud security concepts including IAM, network security, and encryption basics
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VPN concepts
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and interest in AIOps is preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Passion for learning cloud technologies, security, and automation
• Strong customer-focused and service delivery mindset
