As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will work alongside experienced cloud architects, reliability engineers, DevOps specialists, and security professionals to ensure business-critical cloud platforms remain secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise cloud infrastructure running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

Computer Security

• Assist in monitoring cloud workloads, applications, networks, and infrastructure services.
• Participate in 24x7 cloud operations and incident management processes.
• Help troubleshoot infrastructure, security, performance, and networking issues.
• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolution activities.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and automation pipelines.

Career Resources & Planning

• Assist in cloud resource provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Support cloud security implementation including IAM policies, RBAC controls, access management, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Technical Skills Required
