Role Overview
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will work alongside experienced cloud architects, reliability engineers, DevOps specialists, and security professionals to ensure business-critical cloud platforms remain secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized.
You will gain hands-on exposure to cloud operations, incident management, infrastructure automation, cloud security controls, observability platforms, AI-powered monitoring solutions, and modern DevOps engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise cloud infrastructure running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
Computer Security
- Assist in monitoring cloud workloads, applications, networks, and infrastructure services.
- Participate in 24x7 cloud operations and incident management processes.
- Help troubleshoot infrastructure, security, performance, and networking issues.
- Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolution activities.
- Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and automation pipelines.
Career Resources & Planning
- Assist in cloud resource provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Support cloud security implementation including IAM policies, RBAC controls, access management, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in automation initiatives to eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
- Assist in cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives.
Distributed & Cloud Computing
- Support predictive monitoring, observability, and AI-driven operational intelligence projects.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, and Development teams.
Technical Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Routing, and Security Groups.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Management
