• Build and manage partner/vendor relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Responsible for overseeing the development, support, maintenance, and implementation of either a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects through a team, leveraging team leads.
• Accountable for comprehensive end-to-end project management for assigned project(s), encompassing project planning, delivery, client interaction, troubleshooting, and team utilization tracking.
• Drives the application of principles, theories, and concepts to determine the best course of action.
• Establishes functional procedures, offers policy advice, and manages divergent interests and perspectives.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, tools, and information for project scope and schedule.
• Ensures prompt resolution of all project issues to prevent negative impacts on budget or service level agreements (SLAs).
• Reviews codes, participates in presales calls, and makes tactical decisions that affect the project.
• Identifies and manages risks, dependencies, actions, scope changes, budget adjustments, defects, and customer feedback.
• Maintains project metrics for steering committee and business meetings.
• Assists presales in delivering quality solutions for clients based on varying business requirements.
• Guides the team on implementation methodologies and internal project processes.
• Conducts sessions on the latest version releases for products/ERP, covering product roadmap, features, and applications.
