Experience on Native HANA Data Modelling, development and implementation.
Hands on SQL Scripting Knowledge, including stored procedures development, table functions.
Good Knowledge of HANA Landscape and architecture along with various perspectives.
Graphical Data Modelling - Integration of HANA with different SAP and Non-SAP Source Systems, experience with SDI.
Data Replication techniques using SLT, Direct Extract Connection
Performance improvement experience for Hana (including debugging of SQL Procedures etc..)
Experience: You should have 5 to 7 years of SAP Native HANA experience with Script.

SDI Integration: (Must Have)

Experience on consuming S/4 Hana CDS Views in Native Hana using SDI.
Good Knowledge on SDI Architecture including native integration Capabilities
(Virtualization/Federation, Realtime, Batch)
Hands on Experience in Creating SDI replication task , Transformations, Flow graph Modelling, Scheduling and Monitoring the data provisioning tasks.
Hands on experience with out of the box connector and custom connector through SDK.
Data Replication techniques using SLT, Direct Extract Connection.
Have E2E experience in designing and developing at least 2 HANA SDI projects.

SAP ABAP & S/4 Hana: (Must Have)

SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA hands-on experience.
Experience in CDS, ODATA, ABAP, CDS Views, Rest APIs, Annotations, AMDP and Hana views.
Should have strong skills on Interface Programming, Interactive Programming, Dialog programming, Enhancements, User exits, BADI, BAPI, RFC, ADOBE Forms, Smart forms, Scripts and Report Programming.
Knowledge on Solution manager.

Demonstrable ability to manage and participate in work streams
Understanding of the full life cycle of Hana and Native Hana implementations
Experience working with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
Experience of delivering complex and scalable Hana Solutions in complex system environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build Trusted Adviser' relationships
Strong presentation skills
Willingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific engagements
