As a SAP Trainer specializing in ABAP or Sales or EWM, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SAP training programs tailored to these specific modules. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize SAP software solutions in these areas for their business needs.

• Training Program Development: Create comprehensive SAP ABAP or Sales or EWM training materials, modules, and curricula tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and webinars both in-person and remotely, ensuring participants' understanding and proficiency in SAP ABAP or Sales or EWM.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP ABAP, Sales, and EWM software updates and industry trends to ensure the training content is up-to-date.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their SAP ABAP, Sales, and EWM training requirements, customize training programs accordingly, and provide ongoing support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and provide regular reports to clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on feedback and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience working with SAP ABAP or Sales or EWM.
• Proven experience in SAP training and education, with a focus on ABAP, Sales, and EWM.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
