Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Mobile Platform Developer with 6 8 years of experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise mobile applications using SAP Mobile Platform (SMP). The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP mobile application development, OData, REST APIs, SAP backend integration, and mobile security. Experience with SAP MDK, SAP BTP Mobile Services, Fiori/SAPUI5, and S/4HANA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain mobile applications using SAP Mobile Platform (SMP).
• Develop and integrate mobile applications with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA backend systems.
• Develop and consume SAP OData services, REST APIs, and web services for mobile integration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, data synchronization, and connectivity mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Support mobile application deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, backend developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Follow mobile application security, performance, coding, and development best practices.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Mobile Platform (SMP).
• 6 8 years of experience in SAP Mobile Application Development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP OData services and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with SAP backend systems.
• Good understanding of mobile authentication, authorization, security, and data synchronization.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Understanding of the complete mobile application development lifecycle.
• Experience with application testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK).
• Hands-on exposure to SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori / SAPUI5.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS mobile application development.
• Exposure to cloud-based mobile application architecture.
• Experience with mobile application lifecycle management and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• 6 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Mobility / Mobile Application Development.
• Strong hands-on development and integration experience rather than purely functional SAP experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot mobile applications and backend integration issues.
• Strong understanding of enterprise mobile architecture and secure application development.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
