Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled SAP FI (Finance) Architect to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Finance solutions to meet our business requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FI modules, possess strong architectural skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP FI modules in a consulting or in-house capacity.
- Proven track record of leading SAP FI implementation projects from conception to completion, preferably in large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- SAP certifications in FI/CO modules are highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP FI solutions, including Financial Accounting (FI-AA), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Controlling (CO), and other related modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FI best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to optimize business processes.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and technical designs for SAP FI implementations and enhancements.
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of SAP FI projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to empower end-users and enhance their proficiency in SAP FI.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP FI solutions.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes across modules.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, features, and functionalities to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP FI solutions.
- Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
