Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BW Native HANA Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW and HANA, with a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions and optimize business processes.

  • Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement SAP BW on HANA solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting.
  • HANA Native Development : Utilize HANA Native modeling techniques, including calculation views, attribute views, and analytic views.
  • Data Integration : Integrate data from various sources into SAP BW and HANA, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance of BW on HANA solutions, including query performance tuning and database indexing.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Develop and support reporting and analytics solutions using SAP BW and HANA tools.
  • Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BW and HANA environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Documentation : Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW and HANA, with a strong focus on native HANA development.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP HANA, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
