Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic products to healthcare providers, laboratories, and other relevant institutions, ensuring product awareness and business growth in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, following up on leads, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, and closing sales. The role also involves managing order processing and documentation, coordinating with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in reports or CRM tools. The Salesperson will work closely with regional and central teams to meet sales targets, gather market insights, and participate in local promotional initiatives or events.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of diagnostic or medical products and the healthcare market; prior experience in diagnostics or medical device sales is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle territory planning, client visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM or sales reporting systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, healthcare, biotechnology, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel within the assigned region, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, customer focus, and commitment to representing Q-Line Biotech Limited’s quality and service standards.
