About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Automation Testing and Provar to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce and MuleSoft implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end testing, API validation, test automation, regression testing, and Agile delivery. This role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Provar.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce platforms.
• Validate Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning components, Flows, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
• Perform API testing for Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects and integrated systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and traceability using TestRail.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Support UAT activities and production validation.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Automation Testing.
• Mandatory experience with Provar Automation Tool.
• Hands-on experience testing *Sales Cloud, **Service Cloud*, and Salesforce customizations.
• Experience testing Salesforce–MuleSoft integrations.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Experience in regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, workflows, validation rules, Flows, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with defect management using Jira.
• Experience managing test cases and execution using TestRail.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, or related) are preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Exposure to Selenium, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps is an added advantage.
• Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
