Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Copado to design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple Salesforce orgs. The role involves close collaboration with Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and release managers to ensure secure, scalable, and automated deployments aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Copado

Manage Git-based source control, branching strategies, commits, and merge processes

Automate deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production orgs

Handle release cycles, hotfixes, rollback strategies, and deployment recovery

Manage sandbox strategies and resolve metadata conflicts

Integrate static code analysis tools and enforce DevOps best practices

Support audit, security, compliance, and governance requirements

Create DevOps documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Mentor team members on Salesforce DevOps processes

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Copado DevOps platform

Salesforce platform expertise: Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets

Experience with SFDX, Metadata API, Change Sets

Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and release management

Experience with Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments

Nice to Have

Copado Robotic Testing experience

Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Jira, or Azure DevOps

Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and DevSecOps practices

Experience in large enterprise Salesforce programs

Agile / Secure delivery exposure

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

Copado Fundamentals or Advanced Certification

Salesforce Administrator
