Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration (flows, Process Builder, validation rules, page layouts).
• Experience working with key Salesforce clouds and Integration
• Skills in integration and data handling, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or integration tools, data migration from legacy systems, and ETL or data transformation practices.
• Understanding of CRM concepts and customer experience journeys, with exposure to domains like manufacturing, automotive, pharma, healthcare, telecom, or logistics.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) are highly beneficial.
