Role Description This is a part-time Sales Marketing position in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Halol with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, and promoting Tirupati Flexipack’s packaging solutions in target markets. Daily tasks include conducting client visits and calls, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating quotations, and following up to close sales. The individual will support marketing activities such as collecting market intelligence, assisting in campaigns, and contributing to promotional materials. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, and providing basic training or product guidance to customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities to explain product features and provide basic guidance to customers or team members.
• Candidates should have good organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industries, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, travel locally in and around Halol as needed, and use standard office and CRM tools.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience.
