Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing role based in Ludhiana. The Sales Marketing Person will identify and approach potential clients, present packaging solutions, and manage inquiries from initial contact through order closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, visiting customers, preparing quotations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met, tracking sales performance, and preparing basic reports. The individual will also support marketing activities such as participating in local industry events, promoting products, and gathering feedback to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Comfort with field work, client visits, and on-site meetings within Ludhiana and nearby areas.
• Ability to understand product specifications and explain packaging solutions clearly to customers.
• Proficiency with email, phone communication, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or packaging/industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
