Genset rental services are offered across India at competitive rates, supporting reliable and efficient power backup for customers nationwide.

Role Description The Sales & Marketing Executive – South Region is a full-time, on-site role based in South region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for Kirloskar gensets, rental solutions, and solar projects in the southern region, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales visits, preparing and presenting proposals, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The executive will conduct market research, support regional marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams for quotations and order processing, and provide timely reports on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and create effective regional strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or industrial markets.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional activities, campaigns, and brand visibility in the south region.
• Relevant experience in power solutions, generators, industrial equipment, or renewable energy is highly beneficial.
• Ability to travel within the south region as required and work independently to meet targets.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
