Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to promote and expand our live feed and aquaculture product sales in Marakkanam and Pondicherry coastal regions The role involves building strong relationships with hatchery clients supporting technical trials and driving consistent growth in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with hatchery owners technicians and decision-makers across Marakkanam Pondicherry coasts Promote and sell company products Live Artemia enrichment products probiotics algae etc to assigned hatcheries Conduct product demonstrations trials and technical presentations to highlight performance benefits Gather market intelligence competitor pricing and customer feedback and report regularly to management Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections from customers Coordinate with the Quality Control QC and Operations teams for product supply technical support and after-sales service Plan and execute marketing activities such as hatchery visits field trials brochures distribution and promotional events Submit weekly sales reports market updates and customer visit logs to the Regional Manager Ensure proper branding visibility and awareness of I V Bio products in the assigned territory Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Fisheries Aquaculture Life Sciences or Business MBA in Marketing is an added advantage 1-3 years of sales marketing experience in aquaculture or related industries preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil Ability to work independently travel frequently and manage multiple hatchery accounts Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint for reporting Compensation Benefits Salary based on previous experience allowances DA travel expenses Performance incentives linked to sales targets Professional growth opportunities with training and exposure to aquaculture industry experts Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 33 170 09 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
