We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the dealership sales team, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Plan sales strategies, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate vehicle stock, deliveries, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM sales processes.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and manage incentive.

Requirements

5+ years of automobile sales manager experience, including team management.
