Sales Manager – Field Sales (Solar Industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential customers across Delhi NCR.
• Conduct field visits to meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Present solar products and rooftop solar solutions to prospective customers.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and installers.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback with the management team.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in the Solar industry will be preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of solar rooftop systems and renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (Bike).
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
