Sales Manager-CCTV and System Integration

Adtech Systems Limited, a BSE Listed Company, has its registered office in Chennai and a corporate office in Trivandrum, Kerala, with branches in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and support engineers stationed in Nagpur, Vizag, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Kochi.

Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base for our Electronic Security and Building Automation portfolio, including CCTV, Access Control, VMS, BMS, and Intruder Alarm Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Promote and sell solutions related to CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Intruder Alarm Systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings.
• Engage in market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for seamless execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development in Electronic Security or Building Automation industry. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / IT / or related fields preferred.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
