Key Responsibilities

• Identify new potential customer, Vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitors.
• Present, promote, and sell IT products and solutions using solid sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the stipulated time frame.  Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales team to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular client and market visits to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support sales growth
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products or services to maximize business growth.
