Role

Visit villages, meet people, identify patients who need treatment, and help them access healthcare services through CureBay.

Responsibilities

• Visit villages and nearby areas daily.
• Meet ASHA workers, doctors, and medical shops.
• Identify patients who need surgery, tests, or medicines.
• Guide patients to partner hospitals.
• Promote Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Kavach Membership.
• Organize health camps and awareness activities.
• Follow up with patients until treatment is completed.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Achieve monthly targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 45 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in Pharma, Health Insurance, preferred.
• Valuable communication skills.
• Must know the local language and area.
• Willing to travel daily.

Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• People-friendly and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with field work.

Compensation: Up to 400,000.00 per year
