Sales Development Representative (Contract)

TrueView Labs is hiring a contract SDR to drive outbound sales for RT Track , an AI-native retail intelligence platform delivering outlet-level share, price, POSM and OOH data with evidence to FMCG/FMCD and all other offline retail brands across India.

What you’ll do

• Run personalized LinkedIn and email outreach to insights, trade marketing and sales leaders at Indian consumer companies
• Work from a curated prospect list and proven messaging playbook we provide
• Book and confirm qualified discovery meetings (target: 8–12 held per month)
• Maintain a simple pipeline tracker and share weekly progress updates

What you bring

• 3-5 years of B2B outbound experience (SaaS, market research or retail tech preferred)
• Strong written English and personalization skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools
• Self-driven: you’ll work independently with weekly check-ins

Compensation

INR40,000–50,000/month retainer + INR2,500 per qualified meeting held with sales/marketing/tech/research heads, CXOs. 3-month initial contract, extendable based on performance. Fully remote.
