Sales Business Development Manager

APSG Events is fastest growing company in event management in India/International Events. we are looking who can increase our clientage and new business for company growth. we are looking for person who is having exposure in event sales to develop the client Corporate and increase wedding events/Destination Wedding. Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation. Pitching & Proposals: Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks. Lead client meetings and commercial negotiations. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing directors, procurement teams, and event stakeholders. Partner Development: Establish strategic alliances with venues, suppliers, event tech providers, and experiential agencies. Strategy & Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and underserved market segments to refine sales strategies. Target Achievement: Manage active sales pipelines and achieve specific, time-bound revenue targets xperience: Typically 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing, or business development within the event management, advertising, or experiential marketing industries. Communication: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of event production, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Number of qualified leads generated and converted. Total revenue and profitability generated from new accounts. Number of strategic partnerships formed Client retention and repeat business rates.
