Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Chandigarh (On-site)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in IT service sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating international business opportunities through bidding platforms and professional networking channels, along with excellent client communication and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web and mobile application development.
• Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close international deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project scope and timelines.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Mandatory experience in selling Mobile & Web Application Development services.
• Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling international clients independently.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as: MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, React.js, Node.js, Flutter, React Native, NET / .NET Core. PHP / Laravel, CMS Platforms (WordPress, Shopify)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
