Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in Ranchi. The Sales Attendant will greet customers, understand their product needs, and provide accurate information about bottles, blenders, and related items. Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, handling basic billing activities, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the sales area is clean and well-organized. The role involves monitoring stock levels on the shop floor, coordinating with the store team to replenish items, and supporting promotional activities and in-store offers. The Sales Attendant will also help address customer questions, escalate issues when required, and follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous customer service, actively listen to customer needs, and communicate product information clearly.
• Basic sales and retail skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and handling simple billing or cash transactions.
• Organizational skills to maintain orderly shelves, manage stock on the sales floor, and support inventory checks.
• Reliability in following instructions, adhering to store policies, and working effectively in a team environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Ranchi, with flexibility to work standard retail hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Basic numerical skills and familiarity with using a billing machine or point-of-sale system are beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about product features, safety guidelines, and promotions to assist customers more effectively.
