Job Title: Sales Executive – Interlock Tiles

About the Role

Raj Pratap Tiles is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of premium interlock tiles available in multiple designs and patterns. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
• Visit dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project sites across Delhi NCR, Hapur, and nearby regions to promote interlock tiles.
• Present and explain different tile designs, specifications, and applications to customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective sales and negotiation.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Experience in sales (building materials, tiles, construction materials, or related industries preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR for business development.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
