Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting transportation services across assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits and calls, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with operations teams to meet customer requirements, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, maintain accurate sales records and reports, and provide regular updates to management on performance and pipeline. The role also includes delivering product and service information to customers, supporting training initiatives for sales processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Virudhunagar, manage field activities, and travel locally as required.

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing roles.
