Sales and Marketing Internship in Kozhikode, Kannur

You will be ON THE GROUND every single day, travelling to the schools, colleges, and organizations assigned to you across the Kozhikode and Kannur region, meeting decision-makers face-to-face and closing real partnership deals.

Are you ambitious, persuasive, and ready to hit the ground running? We are hiring a Field Marketing Intern to drive the on-ground expansion of our leadership programs, delivered by international corporate trainers, to educational institutions and organizations across the Kozhikode and Kannur region.

The core of this job is field visits. Every day you will be out in your assigned region, in person, building relationships and partnerships. If you prefer working from a desk, this role is not for you.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Travel daily to the schools, colleges, and organizations assigned to you across the Kozhikode and Kannur region - field visits are the heart of this role.
• Present Aeloria Academy's leadership programs to principals, coordinators, and institutional/organizational management in person.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers on the ground.
• Work towards closing partnership deals and converting institutions and organizations into program partners.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, calls, and on-site visits.
• Coordinate with the team to track outreach performance and maintain lead databases.
• Support digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
