Role Description This is a full-time, on-site and on field Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Gandhinagar. The role involves promoting Propertypanda.com’s services, meeting prospective clients, and guiding them through buying, selling, renting, and financing options. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting local market outreach, explaining property features and pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The executive will support marketing campaigns, manage listings, gather feedback from clients, and collaborate with the internal team to improve service offerings and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Solid Marketing and Market Planning abilities to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Experience with Market Research to understand local real estate trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
• Proven customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
