We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Relation Executive to join our growing team at Kochi and Calicut. This role is a key part of our client-facing operations, providing exceptional service while driving sales for the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, have strong communication skills, and possess a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Provide information about our services, offers, and promotions to clients.
• Handle client bookings, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
• Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell products and services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining client records.
• Handle any client concerns or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide tours of the facility and explain service offerings in detail.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, sales executive, or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englidh and Malayalam.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the health, fitness, nutrition or wellness industry.
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques and upselling strategies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
