Role Description

The Robotics With A.I. Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver robotics and AI-focused learning modules, conduct hands-on lab sessions, and guide learners through practical projects using educational robots and related tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, monitoring learner progress, and troubleshooting technical issues during classes and workshops. The role involves collaborating with other faculty members to integrate robotics and AI concepts into the broader curriculum and organizing demonstrations, competitions, and exhibitions to promote STEM learning. The trainer will also stay current with emerging trends in robotics and AI to continuously improve course content and teaching methods.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Robotics systems and architectures
• Kinematics, dynamics, and control systems
• Autonomous navigation and path planning
• Sensor integration (LiDAR, Camera, IMU, GPS, Ultrasonic, etc.)
• Machine Vision and Computer Vision
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for robotics
• Programming proficiency in:
• Python
• C/C++
• ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System)
• MATLAB/Simulink

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on robotics development experience (adjust based on role level).
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying robotic solutions.
• Familiarity with industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots, or similar.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robotic systems and automation solutions.

Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Develop robotic software and algorithms.

Perform testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and optimisation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
