💼 Employment Type: Full-time | 6-Month Project (Extension based on business requirements and performance)

💰 Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 per laptop sold
• Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹45,000–₹50,000+

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to represent Microsoft at Croma stores across Delhi NCR. If you have experience selling laptops, consumer electronics, or mobile devices and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

The selected candidates will receive comprehensive Microsoft product and sales training before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Demonstrate Microsoft Windows PCs, Surface devices, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Explain product features, AI capabilities, and their real-world use cases.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that drive customer interest and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure demo devices are fully functional, updated, charged, and customer-ready.
• Maintain display areas, branding materials, and promotional assets as per Microsoft guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively with Croma store staff and trainers.
• Attend all mandatory product and sales training sessions.
• Maintain daily sales reports and required documentation.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in laptops, consumer electronics, mobile phones, or IT products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer engagement and product demonstration abilities.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable working in retail store environments, including weekends and rotational shifts.
• Willing to work from Croma stores across Delhi NCR.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience at Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, or other consumer electronics and technology brands will be preferred.
