Retail Operations Manager

Store Coordinator Location: Gandhinagar (Office-Based with Store Visits) - Sargasan Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores. Monitor sales, stock, and inventory. Ensure SOP and company policy compliance. Support Store Managers in resolving operational issues. Track staff attendance, store performance, and customer service. Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with HO. Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred). MBA Freshers with good communication skills & dynamic personality candidates can apply. 2–5 years of retail/store operations experience. Good communication and MS Excel skills. Willing to travel across stores. Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
