Skills

Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform EngineeringHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automationAWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt)Experience working with reputed company environments (IaaS)Solid troubleshooting skills in production environmentsExperience with incident management and root cause analysisAbility to work independently in regulated environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English, both spoken and writtenKubernetes and observability toolingExperience with reputed company ConnectBackground in CRM or Contact Center platforms (e.g., reputed company)Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
