As a cybersecurity analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and preventing cyber threats, ensuring robust security measures for clients across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

• * Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect security breaches and vulnerabilities.
• * Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.
• * Respond to security incidents promptly, mitigating risks and preventing future occurrences.
• * Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and protocols in alignment with industry best practices.
• * Perform security audits and compliance reviews to meet regulatory standards.
• * Research emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive measures to strengthen security defenses.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security systems.
• * Generate detailed reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and overall system health for stakeholders.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• * Proven experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT security roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
• * Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• * Proficiency in tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and firewalls.
• * Hands-on experience with encryption, authentication protocols, and network architecture.
• * Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• * Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT roles.
• * Hands-on experience in threat analysis, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours with core availability between * AM 6 PM IST.
• * Occasional on-call responsibilities for handling security incidents outside standard hours.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * In-depth understanding of cyber threat landscapes and attack vectors.
• * Ability to interpret and analyze technical data, including logs and security alerts.
• * Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation purposes.
• * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• * Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
