DevOps Engineer I

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer I, you will design, implement, automate, monitor, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments while implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and containerized application deployments.

Cloud Storage

This role provides excellent exposure to AWS Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Security, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AI-powered Cloud Operations, Enterprise Cloud Platforms, and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.

Computer Science

• Build and automate cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop automation solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, databases, and services using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and AWS monitoring tools.
• Respond to production alerts and participate in on-call support rotations.

Software

• Troubleshoot Linux servers, applications, cloud infrastructure, and networking issues.
• Optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon RDS database performance.
• Configure and maintain web servers including NGINX and AWS Load Balancers (ELB).
• Manage Docker containers and AWS ECS container orchestration environments.
• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, firewalls, networking, and infrastructure hardening.

Factory Automation

• Collaborate with software developers to streamline application deployment and release processes.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Continuously evaluate modern DevOps technologies, AI-assisted operations, automation tools, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
