Registration Website & Mobile App Build Specialist is a consultative technical resource responsible for designing and building event websites and mobile apps that drive client success. In this client-facing role, you will lead strategic conversations with meeting planners and clients to understand their needs, then translate those requirements into intuitive, branded digital experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with our internal teams to ensure each project aligns with client goals. This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple design and front-end technologies, propose creative solutions, and continuously learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is primarily a virtual position; however, we may transition to a hybrid model on occasion, asking the team to come into the office a couple of days per week.

What You’ll do

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone call and email

Manage all aspects of event website creation and maintenance

Create online attendee registration websites in line with client branding

Consult with clients on design and functionality to ensure goals and objectives are met

Create reports based on event requirements and make them readily available to clients and internal teams

Manage all aspects of mobile app creation and maintenance

Create and maintain mobile apps

Present solutions and offer best practices to help clients meet their goals and objectives

Oversee mobile application projects from kick-off to launch

Maintain high quality event website and mobile app delivery within specified SLA and internal processes

Manage several concurrent projects while adhering to project milestones and internal metrics

Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices

Offer best-in-class technical support backed by timelines created specifically for each project

Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships

Create and maintain templates based on client requirements

Partner with operations and account management to support clients' long-term account goals

What We're looking for

Comfortable working in NORAM shifts

Cvent platform experience is required; SpotMe, Groupize, and Stova are a plus

Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials preferred

Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the meetings industry, software, or other high-tech industry

Strong, confident, and outgoing telephone presence and solid customer presentation skills

Highly articulate and diligent, yet able to simplify complex concepts into layperson's terms for greater understanding

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism in demanding circumstances

Proficient in Microsoft Office is required

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front end web development languages is a plus

Photo editing (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus

Outstanding communication skills; able to communicate at various levels of the organization and tailor written and verbal messages in English to fit particular audiences, with focus on client-facing experience

Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a global, geographically dispersed environment
