Job Description & Responsibilities

Position: Regional Human Resources Manager

Base Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10–12 years of overall HR experience, including at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Region: South & West (All Brands)

The Regional HR Manager will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the assigned region, partnering closely with Operations and business leaders to drive people initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, support business growth, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes. The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle while managing HR operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with Regional Operations and business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR support on workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and people-related decisions.
  • Drive manpower planning and ensure timely closure of critical positions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring of frontline and support roles across the region.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and manpower availability across the region.
  • Support onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive employee relations environment by proactively addressing employee concerns.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct employee connects, skip-level meetings, and drive engagement initiatives across the region.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify learning needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR SOPs.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR audits.
  • Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling as per company policies.
  • Ensure timely closure of employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Corporate HR teams.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Drive effective communication and change management initiatives.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and people analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend action plans to improve people outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 10–12 years of overall HR experience, including at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Experience supporting multi-location operations in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or similar customer-facing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, performance management, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and managing geographically dispersed teams

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently working as Regional HR Manager, HRBP, Senior HRBP, Area HR Manager, Zonal HR Manager, or HR Manager.
  • Experience supporting store/restaurant/field operations.
  • Experience in MIS, dashboards, and HR analytics.
