Drive collection efficiency and minimize roll forward of cases.

Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.

Responsible for leading, managing, developing, and training a team of collectors; and for directing their efforts to attain maximum collections while complying with company policies and procedures.

Ensuring skilled relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.

Prepares periodic reports on collections activities, including summaries on delinquency ratios.

Achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows and credit cost.

Take up cases to Lok Adalat for quick settlement wherever required.

Ensure that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with customers.

Manage the team of Field Collection Executives and Collection Support Team.

Monitor productivity of field collection executives on a daily basis.

Conduct revised/refresher policy & process training of collections team at regular intervals.

Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies. Role & responsibilities
