Urban & Regional Planning

This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise cloud environments, observability platforms, system monitoring tools, automation workflows, and large-scale infrastructure operations. Candidates will work alongside experienced infrastructure and platform engineers while learning modern cloud-native operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure and observability engineering initiatives

Engineering & Technology

• Assist with monitoring, alerting, and system reliability operations
• Work on metrics collection, logging pipelines, and distributed tracing systems
• Help maintain dashboards for infrastructure visibility and operational insights
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Support automation of repetitive infrastructure and monitoring tasks
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on cloud platform reliability

Software

• Assist with infrastructure capacity planning and operational optimization
• Work with cloud-native monitoring and observability tools
• Contribute to maintaining scalable and reliable production systems

Technical Skills Required

• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Management

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts
• Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar tools
• Understanding of Linux or Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
• Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, ACLs, and VPNs

Cloud Storage

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and cloud operations concepts
• Good troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps

Development Tools

• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Understanding of logging, tracing, and distributed monitoring systems
• Interest in infrastructure automation and platform engineering
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for learning enterprise cloud and automation technologies
