Responsibilities

• Supporting and guiding Business Leaders in hiring mid and junior‑level staff.
• Leading the Onboarding and Induction function to ensure a great experience for hired talent.
• Maintaining, analyzing, and updating metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
• Building relationships and maintaining connections with business managers to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Implementing competency‑based interviewing to align with the organization’s competency‑based structure.
• Overseeing all stages of the candidate experience in an MIS KRA.
• Developing end‑to‑end recruitment strategies and setting expectations around processes and timelines.
• Enhancing recruitment‑related relationships with hiring managers, internal and external candidates, vendors, campuses, and other sources.
• Utilizing personal networks, job portals, and employee referrals effectively to close positions.
• Managing all coordination for interview scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Ensuring all candidate data is accurately entered into the recruitment system.
• Facilitating the closure process, including salary negotiation, resignation, and notice period management.
• Collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive hiring plans.
• Establishing strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
• Providing valuable recruiting‑related advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders.
