Role Overview

As an SEO & Digital Campaigns Specialist at TransPerfect, you will drive qualified candidate traffic, improve search visibility of job opportunities, and execute digital campaigns that impact hiring outcomes.

You will develop and execute a global SEO strategy for recruitment and careers content, conduct keyword research, optimize job descriptions and landing pages, and implement structured data to improve search engine indexing. Additionally, you will plan and manage digital campaigns, monitor campaign ROI and conversion metrics, and use data to inform talent attraction strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global SEO strategy for recruitment and careers content
• Conduct keyword research aligned with hiring priorities across regions and functions
• Optimize job descriptions, landing pages, and career site content for organic visibility
• Implement structured data to improve search engine indexing
• Perform technical SEO audits
• Plan and manage digital campaigns
• Build targeted talent attraction campaigns for priority hiring initiatives
• Monitor campaign ROI, cost-per-application, and conversion metrics

Analytics & Optimization

• Use data to inform talent attraction strategy
• Create dashboards and performance reports for Talent Acquisition leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate funnel performance
• Benchmark against competitors for recruitment search presence

What We Are Looking For

• Required:
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital campaign management
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and structured data
• Preferred:
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR teams
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience optimizing global or multilingual career sites
